Vancouver, BC, Canada, June 1, 2011 – Possibility Holdings Ltd., the parent organization to a group of companies offering insurance products and warranty administration services throughout Canada and the United States today announced it has been selected by PROFIT Magazine as one of Canada’s Fastest-Growing companies for the third year in a row (www.PROFITguide.com).

Ranking Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies by five-year revenue growth, the PROFIT 200 profiles the country’s most successful growth companies. Published in the Summer issue of PROFIT and online at PROFITguide.com, the PROFIT 200 is Canada’s largest annual celebration of entrepreneurial achievement. Possibility Holdings, including its subsidiaries Omni Companies and LGM, placed 183 out of the top 200 participating companies in the 23rd annual PROFIT 200 ranking of Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies by PROFIT Magazine. Possibility Holdings was ranked 170 out of 200 in 2010.

“As a recipient of PROFIT Magazine’s Fastest-Growing Companies in Canada for the third consecutive year, it is apparent that it is not luck or coincidence that we are maintaining this prestigious acclaim, said Adam Hill, CEO of Possibility Holdings. We are the only company within our class that has received this recognition and I am extremely impressed with our team’s accomplishments.  Many years ago we set ourselves up to play a larger game than most, knowing that it takes commitment, courage and failures along the way in order to achieve what we see as possible.  Without a doubt, it all became possible from a foundation of respect, integrity, continuous learning, service excellence and giving back.  We also believe there is so much more to create and that is the fun of our businesses.”

“The PROFIT 200 companies are the innovative, high-growth enterprises Canada needs to compete on the global stage,” says Ian Portsmouth, Editor-in-Chief of PROFIT Magazine. “PROFIT is proud to celebrate their achievements and ambitions, and we encourage all businesspeople to learn more about the many ways they’ve come so far, so fast.

Possibility Holdings Places 12th on Great Place to Work® Institute Canada’s List of Top 75 Best Places to Work and ranks for the 4th Consecutive Year

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, April 12, 2011 – Possibility Holdings Ltd., the parent organization to the operating companies comprised of Omni Warranty Corp., Omni Group Services Corp., Omni Warranty International Corp., Lions Gate Marketing Company Ltd., and High Road Warranty Canada Inc., today announced achieving 12th place in the Great Place To Work® Institute Canada’s list of 75 best work places in Canada.

After another year of extensive growth, significant increases in employee headcount, and a commitment to constantly assessing and improving employee satisfaction, it was no surprise that Possibility Holdings achieved this prestigious recognition for a fourth year. In 2010, Possibility Holdings created an employee satisfaction taskforce that provided open forums throughout the year to take a “temperature check” of employee satisfaction. The opportunity for staff to be open and honest about ways to improve allowed Possibility Holdings to make further workplace enhancements such as a flexible work hours system and improved benefits.

“Providing a great work environment for our staff has always been a huge priority for us” said Adam Hill, Chief Executive of Possibility Holdings. “As we have been growing at such a rapid pace, it has been equally important to identify how we could continue to improve employee satisfaction. By providing a forum where employees can speak freely has allowed us to make improvements across the company. We are thrilled to be recognized as a Great Place to Work for a fourth year, this accomplishment supports our continued efforts to achieve excellence”.

This year’s list received over 230 nominations and over 43,000 employees participated in the 2011 “Best Workplaces in Canada” survey. The official list of companies on the 2011 Great Place To Work® Institute Canada’s list of 75 best work places in Canada along with rankings is announced nationally in the April 12th edition of the Globe and Mail newspaper.
