Our core values are backed by these tangible results:
- In 2010 we raised $235,816 for worthy charities across Canada. We plan to increase this figure in 2011 to $500,000 inclusive of each employee donating up to four voluntary days to give back in their community.
- Our staff are dedicated to continuous learning with over 2500 hours of training and study carried out in 2010.
- With a commitment to Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence we have been named on Great Place To Work® Institute Canada’s list of 75 best work places in Canada for the last four years.
- During 2011 our company will undertake the process of becoming accredited with SCP (Service Capability & Performance) standards which will audit and provide guidance on industry best practices for customer service.
